A coordinated approach to the rectus muscles and pelvic floor
The rectus abdominis and pelvic-floor muscles are both part of the core and influence one another. Abdominal separation can increase compensatory pressure on the pelvic floor, while pelvic-floor weakness can raise abdominal pressure and worsen separation. The system works across both areas with photon and electrical stimulation to address this imbalance from more than one direction, rather than treating a single spot in isolation.
