We want every Aether instrument to fit naturally into your recovery routine. Eligible products may be returned within 90 days of delivery under the conditions below.

Contact us within 90 days of delivery. Products must be clean, undamaged and returned with their original accessories, manuals and packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened intimate-use accessories cannot be returned unless faulty, subject to applicable consumer law.
Before sending a return
Email your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return to our support address. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address. Packages sent without authorization may be delayed or rejected.
Faulty or damaged products
Report transit damage or a suspected fault as soon as possible and include clear photographs or video. We may offer guided troubleshooting, replacement parts, a replacement product or a refund according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Bank processing times vary and may take 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.
Shipping costs
Original delivery fees are normally non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied. Duties and cross-border charges are handled according to local requirements.
